ok folks - help needed - i live in a low income section 8 building for seniors and disabled in berkeley ca. - the owners are located in michigan, are refinancing the building and doing a ton of construction without any feedback from residents - remodeling kitchens and bathrooms requiring us to pack up our belongings with no help from them - they decided to put washer dryers in an area off a 3rd floor lounge which will cause noise,pollution Over my chemically sensitive head) risk of flooding causing mold. we are trying to organize against all this - have written letters, gotten doctors notes and are striking out. we were organizing to try to get a temporary restraining order and just found out they are pushing for construction to begin on monday - so now we are in a bind - any ideas or resources greatly appreciated - im looking for my hot pink respirator
