ok friends and Moowatee CrossFit peeps, I was asked to make sure I tag Moowatee since several wanted to register. This is sure to be a BLAST! November 8th in Ocala at the Insane Inflatable 5K!! A few of us who are for sure going agreed on 10:30 a.m. time since it might not be as cold and we wont have to leave Lake City before the crack of dawn.
