ok here is another i made for me hehehe.. jalapeno poppers bought texas biscuits, cream cheese and got 4 red jalapeno peppers from my garden. I think i should have stayed with 3. lol i chopped my jalapeno peppers fine and mixed with the cream cheese.. i took a biscuit and rolled it out. i used a glass, glass to roll it. about 1/4 thick, i put about a rounded tablespoon of my cream cheese pepper mix in the center and folded my biscuit in half. like a half moon. then crimp my edges together and placed on cookie sheet and baked as directions on package. you have jalapeno poppers
