ok....im at loss here. i have a really nice double chicken fryer. i have used it on numerous occasions and is a wonderful skillet. this morning i put a roast with a little balsmic vinegar and worchestershire sauce and other seasoning in it and put the double skillet lid on to simmer slow. i checked on it later and the pot was full of what looks like flash rust. its a seasoned pan. heck...i have even used it as a deep fryer. what the heck is this?
