ok, just found out from my new lawyer who says n.c.f.s.t. c.a.s. lawyer called to fax a form for me to do c.b.t. 12 week session with c.a.m.h.. i ask why, since i just did a c.b.t. 9 week course online for free . they claim that it is unacceptable and that i have to be in classroom setting. why the need to be so particular in how c.b.t. gets done now as opposed to this was not specified in detail in the original court order for it? can they keep making this crap up as we keep fighting for a review to get back into court? i do not believe i still have to cooperate with them and they request my medical information, of which i specified to my lawyer they will not be given consents for, why he asks, i say because they like to use anything against me, like they have before and i am keeping my supports system in tact and protected against their influences. i am fighting for me to get my children returned to me without their support. they dont like it when you dont give them any information, so what.if i have to do more work for them, they should not have the option of requesting my medical info. this is called hard ball!
