okay I was thinking this was gonna happen so here goes. 1. I never met my father. My step father Roger Stanton adopted me when I was about two. I did not find out about my being adopted until I was ten. My father committed suicide on his way down to see me for the first time. I had an uncle who used to say I was the only man he knew who never met his father and still killed him. 2. I left home at seventeen to join the Arkansas National Guard, I spent about seven months with the guard before going on active duty, I spent ten years in the army and only got out to care for my children. I was posed a question, what is more important the army or your children..........there was never a question. I havent seen my children in years. 3. I have a desire to work with the mentally disabled. I just started volunteering in my own community to help those who are developmentally disabled. I find strength and courage in these folks. I have my own reasons for feeling this is my calling, but it makes me happy to help people that have developmental disabilities. I think we should all find our own callings, I will work full time helping those with developmental disabilities in the next five years. I dont care if I sweep the floors, that is what I will do. 4. I dont know where my mother is, and I have not talked to her in years. My mother suffers from depression and is unpredictable and suffering. She has been manic her entire life, and I regret that she did not get help earlier in her life. I pray that she does not suffer long, but I feel guilty about it. She has been very cruel to me, but I hope she finds peace in this world. 5. I will not eat blue foods. No questions, no exceptions, no blue food........ 6. I am a notorious bandwagon jumper when it comes to sports teams. I know there are fanatics out there, but I find the whole thing silly.........I enjoy sports, but I find them mildly entertaining unless its hockey, and then I will stand up and tell King he is my man in a packed arena and only realize afterwards how absurd that sounded. 7. I am a book addict. I love reading. I will read anything especially biographies. Or autobiographies. I collect books. Anyone who has helped me move hates it. I have lived in thirteen of the united states. Again, people hate helping move.
