okay, update: we went to sign the papers for the bid (it took over two hours!) and were told they had dropped the price of the house! now our offer is about on target with asking price. and im willing to pay their price, so either way i am gold. only issue is if someone else competes with our bid, and nobody knows the house exists. only listed on 3 sites, one was done wrong and doesnt show, one doesnt have address, and the other doesnt have pics. theres not even a sign in the yard, just papers in the windows. its like its in a bubble waiting for us. we should know if they accepted/declined our offer within a week. The loan date is officially set for Valentines Day, and closing date is set for Feb 28. Freaking Out!!!!
