okie dokie..... so heres the skinny Denica V Brooks gave me the top dates from her document that she had us fill out. The best date is Saturday August 30th, yes I know that is Labor Day weekend if that is a huge problem for 80% or more we can move it to Saturday September 20th. to make everyone happy on the type of reunion to have, I have left a message with Patty at Cranberries (shes not in at all today and she will be getting back to me the next time shes there) and we can do dinner and cocktails form 4-6 before their dinner rush so they can hold as many of us as possible so the ones who would like a more formal event this is where that would be. Then from 6- whenever we will shift from Cranberries to the Bullring for the way more casual fanfare. Ive already called the Bullring to give them the heads up that we would be coming and Ill be getting a confirmation call after 5 that they are good to go. The second I get the yes (or no) from Patty from Cranberries I will need RSVPs so they can plan accordingly. looking forward to to it. it will be a fun night.
