on The Theory of Everything: Utterly impressed they could turn the story of Stephen Hawkings life into an interesting, well-paced, sentimental romantic drama without losing focus or being loaded with cliches. The casting, acting and production design were all absolutely stellar. The direction of photography was noticably great as well, but what really shone was the eloquence of storytelling. The performances are so life-like, subtle, believable, the relationships that form are organic and not forced or overly predictable. And Id be lying if my crippled little self didnt tear up at the progression of Hawkings ALS.
