on a soup box again tonight. ready, here it goes. well the year is 2013 and I like to think we live in a society were people have embraced their knowledge of putting a man on the moon. traveling faster than light. first African American president. we allow people who cant afford college to attend through various state agencies, and we overturn wrongs in our great court systems when we have the knowledge of the truth... then once in awhile a certain underachiever latches on to the shirt tail of a single man not only single but divorced with will intact. single in all his endeavors, never ashamed of the fact he dated more than one woman at a time. he loved life.this person takes the old common law and tries to push this in a courtroom full of unsuspecting family members who feel confusion due to the way my fathers entire life has been stolen by every ex girlfriend from days gone by. believing they are entitled to his only child and grand childrens memories. my father tried to desperately protect us after his passing, but he never knew some selfish greedy with 0 children of her own , and never experiencing losing a man as wonderful as my father. luckily I have a wonderful uncle mitch and grandfather max[duke] Blackmon to stand by me. God give me strength and although I got Jerald blackmons blood flowing through my veins, and I will follow to the tee my fathers wishes. I also know how angry this whole devious lie would offend him and not nearly as much as so called friends breaking in his home with different woman. so sorry some people didnt respect him my father, but your daughter and grandbabies do. Alabama law will see the truth in this. I happily took my father to the doc when he needed it, that was just fine with me ..... just wish there couldve been a miracle . we love and miss u soooooooooo much!
