on friday I left for a kesha at uhuru park whose host was APOSTLE WILLIAM KIMANI AND I ASSURE YOU I DID NOT WASTE MY NIGHT AND SLEEP......THIS IS WHAT I GOT TO LEARN AND I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU TO ACT. #itistimetoact what you need to get into action..... 1.Think as a pioneer pioneers do things other people dont do,pioneers are thinkers,pioneers are sober,pioneers are relentless,pioneers have tenacity,THEY ARE FULLY COMMITTED AND THEY BELIEVE THERE IS A WAY WHERE THERE IS NO WAY.Pioneers go beyond rejection/mockery by allowing their eyes to be fixed to what they saw from the beginning.Pioneers dont appear and disappear they carry ideas from the beginning to the end.Pioneers dont mind who gets the glory. THIS MADE MY NIGHT AS LISTENED.......PIONEERS FOCUS AND MOVE FORWARD AND THEY ARE NOT SHAKEN BY WINDS OF ISSUES. When GOD says do something it doesnt matter who stands on your way.. 2.It takes strong leadership...develop the spirit of a leader.Leaders carry weight,challenges and pressure. LEADERS DONT LOOK FOR POPULARITY their eyes are fixed to what needs to be done. NB/EVERY MANDATE TAKES LEADERSHIP. 3.Deal with whatever causes initiatives not to succeed. most initiatives begin with excitement and then die slowly... here are some of the things that cause initiatives to fail: a,Broken focus-God says this, people tell u this... ma dock said if people break your momentum hey have succeeded.-----the best way to HURT someone is to break the momentum. NB/YOUR VISION IS AN INTIMIDATION TO THE MOMENTUM BREAKERS AND NOT ALL PEOPLE LOVE YOU #WATCHOUTFORMOMENTUMBREAKERS. b,IGNORANCE-FAILURE TO BE EQUIPPED.......God cannot use an empty head. c,Inadequacy......Feeling that we dont qualify to do this(natosha sitoshi).....say to yourself He leads me where I GO. NB/NEVER CARRY AN EXCUSE OR STAY INTIMIDATED BY BIG MEN.THERE IS THAT GRACE THAT IS UNIQUELY YOURS. d,procrastination.....assasination of a course...postponing things... whatever you procrastinate GOD WILL GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT.GOD HAS ALWAYS A PREPARED REPLACEMENT NDATHIAGA GWETHERERA..... 4.Make a commitment on the process. 5.build support teams.
