on hold for 60 mins and 57 secs....please have all your info available..all representatives are currently busy...please have all your information available for the next customer service representative.....Comcast is the joke of the State of Florida...are u kidding me...been on hold for the next available agent for 63 mins....Lee county needs to run them out of the county....but the commissioners are too scared.
