one thing I havent seen in any literature, PR papers, or comments is the idea of this project being Fire Wise, the concept of building in the woods using certain set backs and landscaping so that any fire event wont burn up housing and other buildings in a catastrophic fire event. Those kind of fire events that are on the news everyday out west, and was right here in Florida several years ago, specifically along the I-95 corridor and the Palm Coast area, Brevard County, etc. Drought + lightening strike can send that place up in smoke.
