opportunist and Fixed mindsets vs Growth mindsets are the threats to Leaderships and government of south Sudan. Our Growth mindsets leaders are facing touch and tremendous isolations by the opportunist and fixed mindset individuals,who are against the development of our nation .imagine being surrounded by opportunist and fixed mindset individuals whom feels at you as theirs threats because they dont believe in changes. They sees changes as a threats to their leadership and power, and works very hard to undermine the efforts exacerbed by the brave individuals citizens or politicians who have committed their time and efforts to served the nation and their citizens. Our president is surrounded by this groups of self interests who are pursueing their agendas and interests. Very ashamed to those clowns and theirs alliance .
