our lawmakers have sold the working class out Protecting the working class We live in a time when our law makers have implemented so many safety regulations. It doesn’t make any sense that I couldn’t get NLRB, Judge Thomas J. Marten or OSHA to investigate the many safety violations Kellogg’s was guilty of blaming their employees. I am not a safety freak I work safe and I believe that is what got me in trouble. Kellogg’s had implemented so many safety rules I could follow their rules without putting myself in violation of their rules. The fact is just less than a week before I was falsely accused of deliberately being unsafe. I had refused to do a job that broke their safety rules. I believe this put a bull’s eye on my back. To begin with Federal Judge Thomas J. Marten was made aware of the violations of elevator failure and operation policies. He chose to punish me not Kellogg’s .No one seems to take me seriously. We have to hold our lawmakers accountable for these safety programs. It is as if we all want to be injured, worse than that our lawmakers side with big business .They have allowed Kellogg’s to misuse safety to cover up negligence, discrimination and recklessness BY lying on my termination papers , Criminal Negligence. Not one of our lawmakers will hold Kellogg’s accountable. That isn’t even counting the violation of the Landrum Griffin act that is to protect the Union Body from this collusion between a corrupt Union Lawyer: Tom Marshal and Kellogg’s. Just for the fact that they have a policy that requires an employee to sign all his rights away against the company and Union to get a last chance offer to save their job. It is clearly collusion, that doesn’t even count all the contract violations. THE LYING STEALING AND STALLING Marshal has done when he was supposed to be representing the Union not Kellogg’s. This also shows the collusion. The whole time Kellogg’s has been the new management Marshal has let them interpret the contract for their benefit. Marshal wouldn’t hold Kellogg’s to the labor agreement any time it was going to cost Kellogg’s money. In Mo. Alone Governor Jay Nixon, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, Senators Claire Maccaskill and Roy Blunt have failed to enforce our labor laws to protect the working class in this nation. Hold these lawmakers accountable on election day. The ones that are trying to get in Congress or stay in congress let us keep them out. Once again I am asking for anyone to contact their state representatives. Demand that NLRB, UNIONS and Federal Court be accountable for up holding the laws in this nation.
