our modest contribution to a happy wedding anniversary :) the story of this cake: a lady called me whether we could make an eggless cake to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I said yes, you are at the best place! :) we talked over what she wanted, and discussed everything else. she asked when I would be able to deliver on SUNDAY (even the Lord had some rest on the seventh day... :) ). I asked back, when do you want me to deliver? you are the customer, you tell me what I gotta do! if you want I can even deliver at 6am. (I didnt really mean it....) the lady must have been satisfied with the answer, cos she said they usually woke up around that time and it would be a great surprise for her husband! OK, Ill be there at 6:00 in the morning, on Sunday. Saturday the lady called me around 19:30. can we change time of delivery? yes, of course! can you come at midnight? (only couple of hours later....) yes, if you want me to deliver at midnight, Ill be more than happy to do that! so I delivered the cake at midnight (its part of the story that they live in Wickford, approx. 20minutes driving from us...). the hubby opened the door with wide open eyes, probably thinking what the hell is this guy doing here at midnight with a box in his hands?! when I wished him happy anniversary! he was even more astonished :) with a happy smile on his face :) I hope you liked my short story :) moral of the story: do you know ANY other cake maker who would do that for you? let me know if yes! I hope this story makes it clear that for us every customer is V.I.P., and YOU are REALLY the most important
