over a month ago i recieved my months notice for end of job on the STENA CLYDE, notice date came notice date passed, held against my will on an oil rig, on a RIG that apparently had its propulsion decomissioned therefor not requiring the services of the MUA seafarers..... AS SOON as we leave port on our last voyage the decomissioned propulsion is all of a sudden running again , no new termination letter was re instated... our cc date was as a run job and meant we were off as soon as anchors were down in TIMOR.... we then get asked to stay another week because the rig will have to SHUT DOWN, LOSE THE CONTRACT AND COST 2.8 million dollars...as a favour to the STENA SCUM that has fed us nothing but lies for the past 2 months.... SO GUESS WHAT? F U STENA DRILLING I AM ON THAT CHOPPER TOMORROW and have a construction job to go to so you can kiss my jetski riding AUSTRALIAN ASS and the UNION HAS GOT A GOLDEN PINEAPPLE FOR ALL YOUR UNPROFFESIONAL GOINGS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fu again POWER TO UNIONISM AND THE PEOPLE MORE THAN EVER CORPORATE SCUM
