over an hour spent in the Verizon store to find out they basically could do NOTHING about my phone that essentially was killed by them in the first place. After going round and round with the great girls in there with customer service and finding out they wouldnt move up the upgrade we have in TWO WEEKS, I went to file an insurance claim for $120 and found out we have been paying for extended warranty so my new (refurbished Im sure) phone will be here tomorrow by noon for FREE. Even though my childrens photos are probably now posted on the bulletin board in the back with customers not to serve from behaving like spawns of satan the entire time, I am glad its resolved. And after lunch, a trip to the grocery, post office, and library, I am beyond ready for a nap.
