part for gas cooker far too small. The man brought a replacement, it looks like a v shape with one side much longer to reach to oven, the short one is for the grill. I cant use the grill as man has taken the one from cooker, to prove its too short. Good job top hob is working and I have a toaster for toast snacks. FURIOUS !! Not only that, the man said he had been trying to ring me on phone,, he proved it with his call log. Now, when he rang at 9.45 this morning, the phone was working fine.. now its completely dead. I hope my lifeline is still working as it uses the line to ring
