periods ..if u are a guy and dont want to see my post I advise you to stop now unfortunately all women get them ..seems to be getting worse for older ppl` after getting a Merina inserted last year still no solution .. 2 days ago admitted to hospital due to bad depression and obviously lack of energy..was told I need a blood transfusion immediately I declined politely and stated my reasons,..i was then immediately discharged for refusing medical treatment. I wasnt offered any other help or advice.. anyway can someone help me with ph numbers or can we help each other..it affects my relationships and my employment reliability...
