Your local farmers who practice sustainable organic, free range, non-gmo protocols, as well as the stores that sell their products! And when you go visit your local farmer, give him/her a huge HUG, they are truly humanities salvation! If you’ve never seen an ex-battery hen(or pig, or cow, or lamb, or goose) take her first steps on soil, or feel the sunshine on their face for the first time – then this might be five of the most moving minutes you’ll ever see.
