please explain how bouncers beat up a guy who is just having fun, by attacking him from behind (3 of them) pepper spraying him in the face and punching him through a gate. blood all over the walls. am i being abit stupid but surely that is not legal? Polanas in Kalk bay i am disgusted that you let your "security" do this to people and get away with it. There is not always 2 sides to a story. security is there to keep peace but it is not right to extort their authority and get physical with a clearly drunk man who cannot defend himself. Rather take him to one side and escort them peacefully of the property. but instead you beat him up and he lands up fallin in the harbour to try and clean his eyes. thank god for the harbour security who saw him and helped him out the water, or god alone knows what would have happened...
