please post annonomous.... i know a man and woman with a 9 yr old girl and a 9 month old girl... mom works 3rd shift and dad doesnt work because he has a current warrant for violation of probation... 9 yr old stays at my house ALOT and never wants to go home... when she is home dad talks AWFULL to her and she is made to take care of the baby 90% of the time while mom sleeps and dad is gone... i have never been allowed inside the home but my husband went in the other nite to look at a place where floor fell through and while inside he took pictures of inside the house and OMG there are clothes and trash everywhere... you cant even walk in the kitchen without walking on trash... i am friends with the mom and my husband is friends with the dad... but there has been something about them that made me uneasy from the time i met them and now i know why... my question is should i try to bring up to her that i know her house is unsanitary for the kids to b living in and offer to help or just make a report and let the authorities handle it and risk the kids being taken and us never seeing them again? We have become awfully attatched to them... o and she is currently 10 wks pregnant with 3rd baby... Please help im so worried about the kids but i just dont know the best way to proceed from here Re posted by Brandie
