please remember as hairdressers we are not only hairdressers we are someone to talk to, .I had to deal with the hardest thing i have had to deal with in a long time a client of mine had lost her son and had kept it from everyone and she really had me worried as she was acting out of the ordinary and was confused , she was clearly in a state of stress and shock so after her haircut i walked her home and she was telling me all about her son and to be honest i didnt care if i had ten clients waiting when i got back her well being was my first priority i tried not to cry when she told me the jacket she was wearing was her sons and it was a lesson well learned for me that u need to make time for people. Yes its money in the till but happiness and others well being are more important i did try to tell her not to worry about payment and i would get it another day hoping she would forget however the bugger remembered and came in to pay today i was just glad to see her back to her self a little xxxx
