please save MAGGIE! ***GENTLE AND EASYGOING AROUND OTHER DOGS*** A volunteer writes: Maggie looks as serious as a beaver…This is just a facade…This stocky young girl with a perfect cow print coat is as sweet as pie and fun to be with. She owns attractive golden eyes and silly bent ears topping a big equine head. She is the picture of health and although very young, she seems to have already carried a litter. Maggie is very welcoming in her kennel. To my surprise, she walks beautifully on the leash, eliminating on the way. She is such a great gal while meeting other dogs, big and small. She can sit on command and for treats and does not mind to hand me back a rawhide or a tennis ball. Maggie will hop on the bench next to me, squeeze her body against mine and just chill out..in the sun, enjoying caresses and soft words. She is a very easy going and obedient girl. Maggie, a young girl, a stray, gentle and friendly, is at the Manhattan Care Center and hoping that very soon she will make her way to your heart and your home.
