* posting on behalf of my friend * He is subletting his room from April 1st until the end of May. His house is 12 min bike to UMCG and Zernike, 5 min to City center, 8 min to station. It is a minute walk to the supermarket. It’s a fully furnished room with all the basic needs but bath room, kitchen, garage, balcony and store room are shared with him. The room has a sofa cum double bed, Tea table, chair, closet etc... It’s a 10m2 room. Rent is 395 euros per month (negotiable) which include everything (gas, electricity, internet etc..)
