(Bit like buck Rogers, only he didnt have internet but he did have twiggy his side kick).. so i will leave my mail client open hoping that this sends in the middle of the night when you provide a reliable service. I am sitting again tonight at 8:35 with no internet connection.. this has been extremely slow to non respondent since 6:30 when it dropped from 5mb dl to nothing. I realise that you are investigating my issue but it really is not acceptable. I have pretty much had my full of this. I am happy for your engineer to pay me a visit around this time at night so he/she can experience the appalling service that we are receiving. I cant get online to run a speedtest before you ask.. and yes i am connected to the poe box directly so you cant use my router as an excuse. Even though i have tried 2 different routers both running 2 g and 5 g wireless networks which work on very different wireless frequencies (I am sure you are aware of this.. twiggy runs on 5.1Ghz the same as 5g.. Buck didnt know that!) I would rather you just fixed the issue than telling me that your senior engineer is investigating....at this stage i may as well try to connect with a brick.. at over £25 per month it is a rather expensive brick.. but it does have a little led on it which blinks from time to time and my dog loves it. (his name is Floyd, Yorkshire terrier.. very reliable bowel movement unlike your internet connection) I am willing to give you till Saturday to resolve this issue otherwise i will take this further. Sale of goods and services act. Do not take the tone of this email as light hearted.. i have had my full.. i feel i have been ripped off for the last few years.. upgraded antennae.. sat on hold for ages.. and kept my cool whilst been given an awful service. I would attach a picture of twiggy and buck, but my internet is down. Noel
