question ... so yesterday my son discovered a dog on our property and he gave it food and water and thought that it was really old ... and maybe it got dumped out here in the country ... and even though it had a collar, he didnt see any tags on it We were just outside spending some time with it and its so sad ... it looks like a severe case of neglect ... so bad that until just a few minutes ago we couldnt even tell if it was a boy or a girl because of how matted up the fur is and now we just discovered it does have tags ... with two phone numbers So the question is ... with severe neglect ... do we actually call the phone numbers or not??
