red meat when eaten more than 2 days in a row, makes me very irritable. as a child, my grandparents in berthoud then, had a small cow pasture and fed them grain. i was raised on organically grown beef. i never buy beef anymore to prepare myself, but will eat it when offered as a guest. having lived in germany recently for over 1/2 of a year i noticed that when my cousin cooked beef it didnt have that disgusting feed lot odor like the beef here....
