regional Nursing Home Administrator #590 Our client, a leading nursing home group in the East Coast is seeking a regional nursing home administrator. The regional administrator will be responsible to help and guide other nursing home administrators in other facilities and to plan day-to-day functions of the nursing facilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. In addition, the administrator must ensure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. The regional administrator will direct and coordinate activities of the Center’s member staff to ensure that compassionate and quality care is consistently achieved. Candidates must have recent experience as a skilled nursing home administrator. Requirements Include: MUST be able to travel along the east coast 3 days weekly. New York state certification is a plus. Proven management / leadership experience. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to relate professionally with staff & residents. 3+ years prior nursing home administration experience. Location: Upstate NY. Salary: 150K - 175K dependent on previous experience.
