respectful logistic company located in Cairo and Alex is looking for a senior recruitment specialist with following criteria: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures proper and timely recruitment activities for Sesco human resources including creation of job descriptions, requisitions and recruitment advertisements; partners with employment agencies and professional recruiters as needed. Administers and maintains performance management program, ensuring timely completion of all performance evaluations. Assists supervisors and managers with employee relations issues including performance evaluations, promotions, and administration of discipline and performance improvement plans; conducts exit interviews. Attends meetings, conferences, job fairs, seminars, and similar events as required or directed. Facilitates training program(s). Conducts new-hire orientations; monitors newly-hired/newly promoted manager transition and career path programs. Serves as company liaison and employee advocate with third-party benefits administrations. Maintains HR Information System records and compiles reports from database. Maintains company organization charts. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Maintains departmental compliance with all company rules. Demonstrates required behavioral skills including productive communication, cooperation, productivity, initiative, creativity, dependability. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Male. Bachelor’s degree in preferably in HR Management or other related discipline. 3-5 years exempt senior specialist level HR experience, or combination of education and qualifying experience. Preferably Certified Professional in Human Resources. Knowledge of current employment labor law, and applicable country laws and requirements, as well as human resources policies and procedures. Knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes, and workforce development. Effective oral and written communication to include interpersonal and interviewing skills, involving sensitive and confidential matters. Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others. Ability to work independently as well as with teams. Preferably Logistics industry experience. Advanced skill in operating personal computer using a variety of computer software. Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines. Very good knowledge of English. Very good in writing reports. Hard Worker, ambitious, committed and Results oriented.
