retribution there was a rushed hush about the bow as the voices of the crew of consciousness upon that ship that sailed its Seas were eerily silent there was an ominous heaviness in the air as the presence of fear danced upon the faces of all aboard they knew the end was near now and there was no denying no more lying no more tears for crying for the wells of their souls were now dry the times and chances for reconciliations had long expired now came the time for the gnashing of teeth their past transgressions and their tainted thoughts as well danced in their minds and they could not escape the horror of their truths . . . yes the time was fast approaching the could hear the rumble upon the horizons as the eternal storm of their due karma approached this was a time of harvest a time to reap what one sowed a time no one truly believed would come and here we were at the apex of this last day with no visible light nor Sun in the sky, nay the only light offered was that of the reddish hue Across the lands and the Seas as Hell’s fire consumed their very breaths while choking their last prayers for forgiveness in the same wretched throats from which words of blasphemy and hate were gutturally uttered they all were told of this day but they lived as if the prophecies were but another myth many had professed a love that they did not practice. many had worshipped a God of their own design. many ignored the heedings of the voice that lived within them for it was not convenient and they did not wish to be ostracized from the crew of the damned and here they all are . . . they are . . . collectively bathing in their woes sharing their lament and their sorrows for tomorrow is the beginning of their last eternal day and there is no escaping this one this is the time to pay the Piper for the final time this is the End DaY !
