right i wonder if anyone of my spiritual friends can give me bit of advice please her it goes .Today i done a self meditation guide to meet my spirit guides by tony stockwell ooh boy it was fab didnt think i could do it medatate for long time but as i was do it my body was relaxing as it does then it went light as feather back to heavy in between all of this i felt spirit feeling my hair someone was holding my hand on leftside but also trying to pull my hand away from the bed as i had them placed down beside me but all of leftside from my shoulders down to my hands i had pins and needles is this normal ? My body was surrounded with light and seen a lady never said her name when i asked but also i seen houses like built into flats windows open i was perfectly safe no harm came to me was nice warm feeling i wasnt afraid when all this was going on but i got all this in space hour then i decided to do a self healing guide with reiki by tanmaya honervogt for first time im so pleased i done it sorted me right out didnt think i could do that eathier so im so proud myself but can anyone enlighten me on this above please im going to try it again tomorrow after work 2half hours all to myself
