salaam everyone, my name is Noha Abu El Magd and Im running for Equality and Diversity officer in this years leadership race under the official slogan: GET TO NOHA I want 1. Equality in Education through sensitivity training for union and university staff on matters of religion, culture, LGBTQA, mental health and disability 2. More representation through the appointment of autonmous associations to support liberation officers, and creating a postgraduate and mature students association, and 3.A more inclusive union that supports all students by introducing reward schemes for societies with the best Equality and Diversity schemes, holding more family friendly events and a mentorship programme between home and international students to tackle issues of isolation and marginalization.
