sat sril kahl, guys,while i respect the sikh traditions, warriorness and loyalty to what was the british empire, i am somewhat saddened to see the stuff about the anglo sikh wars and what went on in the raj, i like to see the photos of when us british and sikhs fought and died together in the 2 world wars, i am a former british soldier and i have quite a few sikh friends, i wish we could have some sikh regiments in our army just as we still have ghurka regiments, i know that in ww1 of all the indians that fought with us 80% were sikh despite the fact that they only represented 10 % of the population of india, my hat goes off to you guys and even now i saw flying officer singh being awarded the dfc for flying his chinook in a sandstorm with practicaly zero visibility to go and pick up wounded troops in afghanistan despite being ordered not to fly, i have not yet visited the sikh servicesmans monument in brighton but i aim to,,in summary we have a long tradition and history both good and bad, lets not dwell on the bad, it may be that with the rise of islam we will fight side by side again.
