seems like alot of people dont read the about group on the sidebar. JUST WHAT IT SAYS.... Got stuff to BUY, SELL, TRADE OR BARTER?? List it here!! ITS CRAZY TO ASK THIS BUT ..... USE COMMON SENSE BUYING OR SELLING.. Ok, so apparently some members have been misreading the rules.... the rules that never existed, lol. So lets make some RULES to help those who need it... ***PETS***-- NO SALES OF ANIMALS OF ANY KIND, NO RE-HOMING FEES, NO FREE ANIMAL POSTS ARE ALLOWED. REVISED 6-11-14 1. DO NOT SELL: GUNS, CHILDREN, RETAIL LOTS, AUCTION YOUR ITEM, WORK AT HOME GIGS, WEIGHT LOSS IDEAS, ETC. Im going to emphasize on the weight loss because this has been an issue recently. As a nutrition student I know the dangers of some of these weight loss programs and products so they will not be allowed here. 2. SELLING??? Use common sense. LIST THE PRICE. LIST THE LOCATION. LIST THE CONTACT INFO. IF AND ONLY IF THE SELLER STATES THEY ARE WILLING TO WAIT ON THE MEMBER THAT POSTS WANT FIRST SHOULD ANYONE FEEL THE NEED TO HOLD THEM TO THEIR WORD.. LOL Once again common sense comes to mind..... please use it! ALL OTHER SELLERS SHOULD FEEL FREE TO SELL THEIR ITEM TO THE FIRST PERSON WITH CASH IN HAND. Please only list items that you are serious about selling and that someone would want to buy. Also no selling personal care items that have been used.(because that is just nasty) 3. BUYING??? Posting that you want something does NOT give you first dibs unless the seller lets everyone else know that this is the dumb way they want to sell it. OTHERWISE .....JUST GO AND BE THE FIRST ONE WITH PAYMENT OR GO AND MAKE THE DEAL. 4. If you have an issue I will be more than happy to address it if you message me or report a post. Posting to the wall only slows down selling and fuels the fire for more complaints. It is easier for me to answer an email from one person rather than trying to sort the comments or one complaint. 5. Treat others how you would want to be treated, be respectful. Using foul language only makes you look uneducated it does not get your point across. Any racial slurs or bullying will not be tolerated at all. 6. Dont take life so serious, if a joke posted angers you to the point you are arguing and cursing at others.... maybe you should log off facebook and go take a vacation. We are all here to enjoy the great technology that we have. As for the jokers, keep it clean and non offensive. Excessive posts will be removed. 7. No INTERNET SALES, if you do not have the product in your possession you can not sell it on here. Let the buyer beware and the seller be honest
