seen in another group re bio Life Cheese: Thank you for your enquiry and my apologies for my late response. Please let me say that we understand your concerns and know the issues surrounding Minichol and other Greek fasting cheeses. In fact this is one of the reasons we have decided to introduce Biocheese into Australia so as to help people who choose to go Dairy Free. Indeed, we can confirm that Biocheese is 100% Dairy Free and is made in Greece with non hydrogenated coconut oil. It is a real Vegan cheese with absolutely no animal content. It is made under a commercial agreement in a factory which also makes various other products and brands which are certified by the UK Vegan Society. Biocheese is also currently going through the certification process to give a third party guarantee as to the Vegan status of our Dairy Free Cheese. We have decided to do a test rollout and launch of our original product in Melbourne in a 2.5kg block format for Delis and food service . The response has been fantastic and we are now fast tracking our Retail range ( 200gm slices and blocks in original, cheddar and special mozzarella pizza) which will be available in about 3 months time in Supermarkets and specialty stores. We are also currently negotiating with a National Vegan shop distributor to carry our extended product range. Our plan is to offer a great tasting product(s) to customers wanting a 100% dairy free alternative( including our Vegan friends). We will also be launching a new website and social media with our retail range rollout. I trust you now have a better understanding of our products and have more peace of mind that Biocheese is 100% Dairy Free and suitable for Vegans. Please feel free to stay in touch. Thanks again, Terry Paule CEO
