..seriously over this shit! what are these people getting paid for, you tell them everything and they tell you sweet eff all. took 4 weeks of having a fractured spine to even be told what brakes i actually had, my brace wasnt even fitted properly for the first 2 weeks! how am i suppose to know what its suppose to feel like! the ambulance staff didnt even support my neck properly and could have caused further injuries, acc hasnt reimbursed me for payments i cant actually afford to pay because they fail to contact me and let me know more information is needed, i had to contact them myself. i was given 6 hours a week in total of help for the first 2 weeks of my break covered by acc which would have been pointless if i didnt have the help of friends and family considering i cant do much myself and i also have a 3 year old to look after. I asked work and income and my doctor if i would need a doctor certificate and i was told no now i am being told my support will be getting cut because i havent filled out a form they never sent me and i dont have doctors certificate i was told i didnt need!..
