We are a distribution company headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. S-G Imported Car Parts have been providing the complete parts needs for service dealers and the motoring public since 1972. The S-G Import store of Berkley, MI is currently seeking a person for a Part-Time Counter Sales/Delivery Position. This is position requires a clean driving record and and some automotive parts knowledge. The successful applicant will be customer service oriented, and provide Exceptional Customer Service through face to face contact with customers. Past aftermarket parts experience preferred. This position also includes but not limited to: * Customer Satisfaction * Complete projects as assigned by manager. * Maintain communications with Manager * Work with the Manager to better communications / service. * Use electronic and paper catalogs to source parts for customers Responsible for store profitability through: Good store communications * Check order accuracy before each delivery * Notify manager of any problems with customers * Customer service follow-up * Offer all options to customer * Always tell the customer what you can do for them * Ask for the sale * Protect the stores interest * Keep management informed of competition * Handle yourself as a professional, set an example. * Always say “Thank You" Requirements * Valid Drivers License * Driving Record Acceptable to Our Insurance Company * Pass Physical & Drug Screen * Able to lift up to 50 pounds * Automotive experience/knowledge
