shopping is very dangerous, and painful, got home at lunchtime with the first load of shopping and somehow twisted my bak, got worse wen going for round 2 of shopping 2 car loads, oops now hurts to breathe, or move and i cant even laugh looks like a trip to my doctor tomorrow if not better, trying to not move and keep bak and neck straight , wat i do know is i didnt do anything to cause this much pain and discomfort i didnt lift anything and no i didnt even hold much money as it isnt mine but im happy to help spend it, heheheheheheh so i take it easy and fingers xed it settles down and i can actually get out of bed tomorrow morning, hummmmmmmmmm !!!!!!!!!!! on a happier note i bought some new clothes and they r 2 sizes smaller then my old clothes me is very happy wearing comfy shorts for the first time in 5 yrs lol.....
