They are only open to those who cross it in accordance with the law (8 U. S. Code 1103). It is the obligation of the United States government to enforce that law, though they have failed to do so. The American citizens have waited patiently, through many Administrations, for the government to step in and stop the illegal border entries, to no avail. Therefore, as is our Constitutional right and duty, we have chosen to stop all those crossing the borders until such time as the government decides to do what they are being paid, and directed by law, to do -- Protect Our Borders! From 8 U. S. Code 1103 (5) -- [The government] shall have the... duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens... And to assure that the government again resumes their duty to protect our borders from the invasion by illegal entry of aliens. Our Objectives: 1. Enforcement of Current Immigration Laws 2. No Amnesty for illegal aliens 3. End Birthright Citizenship 4. Establish English as the Official Language of the United States * * * * * ** * * * * * * 8 USC 1103: a) Secretary of Homeland Security (1) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall be charged with the administration and enforcement of this chapter and all other laws relating to the immigration and naturalization of aliens, except insofar as this chapter or such laws relate to the powers, functions, and duties conferred upon the President, Attorney General, the Secretary of State, the officers of the Department of State, or diplomatic or consular officers: Provided, however, That determination and ruling by the Attorney General with respect to all questions of law shall be controlling.
