since i had my health scare, i have made a appointment with my lawyer to get my will revised and get a trust set up for my children .it may be premature but at this point its no room for error. i dont want my house to go into probate or the state . i want my kids to get the land , the house , the jewlery and the vechiles. it is a a test of my mortality but i wont risk everything i worked for all these years over a silly oversight . it is really daughting but it has t be done ...its all about the children ..i want them to have all that i worked for .i will sleep better at night knowing i have done this ...
