so I have some legal questions in all this hobby lobby stuff. did they just breach the corporate veil? ok when a person or persons incorporate they are registered and given certain legal rights. A separate legal entity is formed. Normally that legal entity is a completely separate legal entity that can not be held liable for the others actions., human individual Owners can not be liable in suits and charges legally for the actions, debts, and liabilities of the corporation as well as many tax benefits not awarded citizens are awarded corporations. That is why and how people Incorporate their businesses otherwise they would just BE privately owned businesses. follow. so they went to court to breach that veil and have their private human philosophies recognized in the businesses which before today was a completely separate entity. so now are the owners liable, for the debt, actions and liabilities of the corporations they own? can we sue and prosecute owners of privately owned corporations and businesses incorporated for the civil and criminal offenses of the corporation they own since they claim they are now the same if they privately own the corp. Yippy there are many corporate owners who owe us citizens a whole lot of freaking restitution. they file corporate bankruptcy and walk away with our money and live fine. now we can sue them right. surely they cant have it BOTH ways where they are protected but also personally decide actions according to their private philosophies. I personally would like to sue a owner of a roofing company who took my money in 2010 and went bankrupt (although I requested a refund within 3 days and got my letter saying my refund was in the mail:it never came) and I had to get a loan I am still paying to cover my home while they live in Tampa in a $400,000 house.
