so I went to the DMV to se what I had to do to get my license back, and I got served a habitual hearing date for like a month from then. but I went in and asked for it to be done that day. the guy who did my hearing deemed me a habitual driver and told me I would lose my license for no more than four years no less than one year. I explained my situation and why I should only get a year, and he loved it. gave me a year suspension and a defensive driving coarse. posted my habitual suspension start date on June 26, 2013. on purpose. I just want to give praise to my new friend, the old guy at the department of safety. theres always sunshine after the worst storm.
