so after an incredible day of my first Munay Ki rites we danced around in the kitchen and celebrated this new freedom of being and wow feeling so alive and so blessed ... i always knew my 40th birthday would be a biggie but i had no idea how powerful the days would be leading up to it ( its in a few days 8th ) anyhow ... one of the things i really loved about what our teacher shared with us today was a chakra clearing dance ... yes ive done alot of this type of thing in my nearly 40 years of exploring the world in which i live and i have to say something really is to be said for making a decision to love yourself and value yourself ..the universe really hears it and i am living proof of that.. within days of making that decision the cosmos brought to me ( yes i didnt even have to go out and find it ) a new calibre of teachers/facilitators/family/space holders ... please please check out the work of Shiloh Sophia Mccloud ( quantum intentional creativity and then some ! ) and Sharon Ramel ( amazing kundalini yoga teacher and Munay Ki teacher ) ... anyhow the chakra dance today really cleared my luminous body ... and what has unfolded from that moment has and continues to be pure magic ... being a being who loves the stars and has spent most of my life etherically overseeing my life its been quite an incredible journey to embrace being in a body and wow... i am absolutely joyful and loving it... i highly recommend these two dedicated teachers ... and of course .. a little droplet of your own soul sparkle to get the magic flowing .... shine on ;) xxxx
