so as you all know I have been trying to get McSteam up on his legs as he is so fat that he has difficulty keeping his back legs under him on the slippy surface of the puppy pads so we have been taking a walk in the am when its cool up and down the drive way he is great doing that and its working because he is much more stable now on the puppy pads well about two days ago I walked into the bedroom where they are living and McSteam is sitting with his mother by the bed Irma is squealing her displeasure in the box so I though how did you get out. I put him back and he waddled over to the bed and curled up and I thought nothing of it WELL let me tell you my walking sessions have worked so well that McSteam can now launch himself out of the puppy box and has a rare old time around the floor of my bedroom so last night I put up the gate on the whelping set up and McSteam amused himself by climbing in and out of the box all night the problem is when he gets out his sister who is small and stumpy and at this point cannot get in and out without me lifting her squeals like a stuck pig whenever he gets out and leaves her !!!!!
