so for the past 6 months, i have either gone to bed and within 30 minutes or if i fall asleep usually 2 hours into my sleep cycle i will get EXCRUCIATING cramping pain in my right or left sartorius, mostly near the insertion next to my tear drops. its not a magnesium problem nor electrolytes i have routine bloodwork done, ive read it can be involuntary contraction from super low ferretin but i havent had low ferretin for 6 months... anyone with any insight or experience into this? its not a regular cramp, im talking legit the most painful cramp you could ever imagine, the muscle feels like a steel rod when it happens.. pls halp
