so i decided to do 3 more positives,..just because I can!! and i forgot to nominate people AGAIN!!! 1. Arrivign back at Basecamp to find the MOST gorgeous carrot cake and little card from Ruthie Holland :-) AND at the same time finding Agnieszka Katarzyna Banaś Mazurek has made us Beetroot soup - smells gorgeous, breakfast is sorted and may convert me to liking the purple veg! 2. driving my ickle car, in peace, in the sunshine back from Shrewsbury after a fab antigravity class - felt very peaceful 3. recommendations from Sue Austin and Shell Wasbatman Norton for my nutrition advise/programmes - very flattered, thank you so my nominees are Katy Yates and Holly Liversage :-)
