so i decided to trust a customer .. and have basically been slapped in the face ( or so it feels like ) an order was asked to be added to and to save postage for the customer I rushed the new order through and included in her parcel which she needed for a specific date - i then invoiced for the extra bag - 10 days later and numerous messages sent I have not recieved the payment- to you it may not be a large amount to me this is my business , i have three children also and work full time and work until the early hours each morning to afford things- so thanks for this and needless to say my trust has been broken !! sorry for the rant but i know alot of people on my page also have small businesses - and luckily I have loads more fantastic customers !!
