so i go to the doctor tells me my results then grabs my arm and says this is fat u need to lose 10-15 pounds and i say but my moms arms r like that and all my sisters have them like that he says no its fat so when i see u again u better have lost those pounds i say its gonna b hard he says leave the mexican food i say what seriously r u saying just eat salads thats impossible he says u need too and started telling me what to eat and then says i want to c u in three months again and check my liver to c if its back to normal ahhhhh i said ok i have to sacrifice myself but its like the commercial says pos es por tu bien and i say pos es por mi bien pos bueno i have to start a serious diet now doctors orders please david dont post anymore food u eat because thats gonna tempt me to eat fat and i cant right now so please dont post any fatning food guys es por mi bien goodnight facebookers
